    As a Clinical Nutritionist with a master’s degree in nutrition and over a decade of experience, I’ve dedicated my career to helping individuals-and teams-transform their health through food, lifestyle, and sustainable habits. My approach is rooted in functional nutrition, looking beyond symptoms to uncover root causes and support the body’s natural ability to thrive.

    I also understand the overwhelm of today’s wellness landscape. As a wife and mother of two, I manage the nutritional needs of three very different types of eaters in my own home (ARFID, ADHD, food sensitivities, and overeating). I know firsthand how even with the best intentions, creating healthy routines can feel like an uphill climb.

    In clinics and workplaces alike, I’ve seen people spend thousands on lab work, supplements, and programs that don’t address the foundations of health. True wellness, whether for individuals or teams, starts with basics: nourishment, sleep, stress management, movement, and self-compassion.

    My mission is to make nutrition approachable, practical, and empowering, helping people and teams rebuild these foundations so energy, focus, and resilience show up where it matters most, at work, at home, and everywhere in between. I’m honored to guide you and your team toward lasting wellness, together.

    Hi, I’m Lindsay! I’m a Certified Nutrition Consultant with a decade of experience in wellness, from fitness coaching to holistic health education and weight management programs.

    I’ve seen all the ways people, and teams, try to feel better in their bodies… and how often those approaches don’t stick. I’ve hit that wall myself: overwhelmed, burned out, and struggling to find the time and energy to care for my own health. I understand what it’s like to want change but feel unsure where to start, or how to keep momentum, especially while managing work, team responsibilities, and life outside the office.

    I’m a mom, a wellness professional, and someone who loves getting outside in the Colorado sunshine. I believe health should be approachable, practical, and sustainable-no perfection required.

    I’m passionate about helping individuals and teams build energy, focus, and resilience so wellness shows up where it matters most: at work, in collaboration, and in life. Together, we create habits that stick, support team performance, and make health achievable for everyone.
